Gujarat Congress submits memorandum to Hon.President of India on GTOC

Today all the Gujarat MP’s and MLA’s of the Congress Party and Senior Leaders of the Gujarat Pradesh Congress Committee met the Hon. President of India and submitted a Memorandum requesting him to deny approval and return unsanctioned the Gujarat Control of Terrorism and Organized Crime (GTOC) Bill, 2015, which was sent by the Hon. Governor of Gujarat. The Delegation was lead by , Shri Bharatsinh Solanki (President, GPCC) and Shri Shankersinh Vaghela (Leader of Opposition, Gujarat Assembly).
