State wide Dharan by Gujarat Congress

Congress party organized a state-wide dharna against the the state government, alleging that the BJP is implementing anti-poor and anti-middle class policies by reducing interest rates on small savings. State Congress president Bharatsinh Solanki, at a dharna near Ahmedabad collector’s office, said: “By increasing the prices of petrol and diesel and the taxes on it, and by reducing the interest rates on small savings, BJP has started harassing commoners.
